The apartment in the upscale beach community of Balcones del Atlantico in Las Terrenas which is on the Samana Peninsula. The duplex penthouse apartment is located directly across the street from the beach. The setting is extremely beautiful. You will feel as if you are at a beautiful hotel but in a more intimate setting.

This apartment in Las Terrenas is fully furnished and equipped with impressive mountain views from the enormous 2nd floor terrace. The apartment has three bedrooms with central AC (1 king size bed in the Master, 2 queen beds in each of the other 2 bedrooms), and each bedroom has a full bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are on the first floor along with the kitchen, living room, dining room and terrace which also has a lounging area and dining table. There is a 4th bedroom off the kitchen next to laundry that is small with a fan. On the second floor is a terrace equipped with a jacuzzi, beatiful views, a full bathroom, lounge chairs and sofa to relax as well as a dining table and BBQ. The apartment is deep cleaned according to covid protocol before your stay.

A fully equipped kitchen provides you with everything you may need for cooking (kitchen utensils and plates, a fridge, a stove, and a coffee maker).

Balcones del Atlantico is a community of apartments and townhouses. On premise there are 5 pools, a business center, a small gym, bicycles to rent, pool table and ping pong and a 24 hour property management company. The development is extremely safe and family oriented. All visitors must check in at reception upon arrival and show their passport/identification. They will also ask for a credit card for a fully refundandable $100 deposit.

The community has its own beach across the street, equipped with kayaks, paddle boards, volleyball court, and kids play area. There is also a fabulous restaurant and bar, "Porto" right on the beach to enjoy delicious food and drink. And there is a spa on the beach where you can book a massage and/or a scrub.

The town of Las Terrenas is very special. Not only is it a coastal town surrounded by mountains and the Haitises National Park, but it is a vibrant town filled with wonderful restaurants and shops. It has a signficant French and Italian community with some of the best restaurants on the island.


The beach is beautiful Carribean water but the area also has some of the best kite surfing and there are lessons available a quick walk down the beach.
The area offers various activities such as water sports, diving and scuba diving and excursions throughout the area, wonderful caves, waterfalls and much more.

There is a $100 cleaning fee for point exchanges.

Las Terrenas is a gem in the Caribbean. In addition to the beautiful beaches which vary from calm in front of my apartment to big waves a town and quick car ride over, there is a ton to do. Amazing restaurants, dancing, hiking, kite surfing, snorkeling, diving- it has so much to offer!
