30% of final price four weeks after payment 2 (Walls erected,roof installed and pour concrete)

25% of final price four weeks after payment 3  (Lay ceramic tiles,install the doors and windows)

10% of final price 4 weeks after payment 4 (Install cabinetry, faucets, landscaping, parking, access road to the residence, final termination of the residence)
